Before you submit. This form sends regular email to support@bysnapps.com. Do not include passwords, payment details, medical details, government ID numbers, or other sensitive information. Do not include another person's private information. If you are not old enough under local law to submit the report yourself, ask a parent or guardian to contact us. BYSN Apps may use a report to respond, troubleshoot, protect the service, and address related legal obligations or disputes. See the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

How this works

The form runs on your device. No report content is sent until you choose Send report now during final review.
Cake turns your report into regular email and sends it to support@bysnapps.com. This is the same inbox used for direct email.
The Website does not set cookies or use analytics or advertising tools.
GitHub serves this page. Cloudflare delivers the form. Cake does not use their technical records to follow you.

What gets received

The support message contains the fields you submit and a server receipt time.
The companies that deliver the form handle the request time, Internet Protocol (IP) address, and browser headers. Those details are not included in the support message sent to BYSN Apps, and BYSN Apps does not use them for advertising.
The form does not request precise location, set cookies, create a device fingerprint, or use advertising identifiers.

Who's involved

GitHub serves this website to your browser via GitHub Pages — standard access logs per the GitHub Privacy Statement.
Cloudflare turns the form into email. Its service logs may include your Internet Protocol (IP) address. Read Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Namecheap operates the Domain Name System (DNS) for bysnapps.com and hosts the PrivateEmail service that accepts mail for support@bysnapps.com.
BYSN Apps does not use a ticketing system, customer relationship management system, analytics platform, or marketing tool for support reports.
