Support · Cake for iPhone
Report something to the Cake team.
A clean, structured way to report a bug, a crash, or send feedback. No account, analytics, advertising pixels, or visitor tracking. Hosting providers still process standard request metadata. See Words used on this page for plain definitions.
How this works
The form runs on your device. Nothing is sent until you choose Send report now during final review.
Cake turns your report into regular email and sends it to support@bysnapps.com. This is the same inbox used for direct email.
Cake does not set cookies or use tools that record, measure, or advertise to visitors.
GitHub serves this page. Cloudflare delivers the form. Cake does not use their technical records to follow you.
What gets received
The support message contains only the fields you choose to submit.
The companies that deliver the form handle the request time, Internet Protocol (IP) address, and browser headers. These details are not part of your report or used to make an advertising profile.
No device fingerprint, precise location, cookies, or advertising identifiers are collected by Cake.
Who's involved
GitHub serves this website to your browser via GitHub Pages — standard access logs per the GitHub Privacy Statement .
Cloudflare turns the form into email. Its service logs may include your Internet Protocol (IP) address. Read Cloudflare's privacy policy .
Namecheap operates the Domain Name System (DNS) for bysnapps.com and hosts the PrivateEmail service that accepts mail for support@bysnapps.com.
That's it. No ticketing system, no customer relationship management (CRM) system, no analytics platform, no marketing tool.
The fine print
In short: you choose what to send. You keep ownership of your report. You let BYSN Apps use it inside the company only to find and fix Cake problems. You pay nothing for this use. Messages are usually deleted after the issue is fixed. We may not reply or fix the issue.
Submitting a report is voluntary. The fields marked required are needed only to send this form.
Support messages are normally deleted within 90 days after the reported issue is resolved.
Email deletion requests to support@bysnapps.com are completed within 30 days when the request can be reasonably verified.
Copies in provider backups age out under each provider's normal retention schedule.
No promise of a fix, response, or timeline.
Don't include passwords, payment info, government identifiers, or medical details. Email support@bysnapps.com first if you need a secure channel.
By submitting, you grant BYSN Apps a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the report internally to diagnose and improve Cake.
